The Polar V650 is a Cycling GPS Unit with great features to help you train. First of all the unit has a large touch screen which makes for easy reading and use. The V650 has enough memory for up to four different bikes, you can set up each bike with the sensors the unit should look for when riding. to work with this the computer has four sport profiles; road cycling, mountain biking, indoor cycling and other. All of theses profiles can be altered and customised to suit you are your training sessions. You can have up to six screens with up to eight data fields each, and there are a huge amount metrics you can set in those slots. But in addition to the standard numerical views, you can set visualisations: an altitude graph, HR graph, HR zones view and the speed graph. With the GPS on, the battery will get about 10 hours with 1-second recording rate. The V650 includes satellite pre-caching capabilities for up to three days. This means that if you sync your V650 unit every 3 days it'll pre-populate expected satellite location information and dramatically increase initial satellite reception each time you turn it on. The V650 supports Bluetooth Smart sensors, which means it can connect to standard Bluetooth Smart cycling sensors (sold separately). You are able to upload your info and data on to your laptop or computer to further look at your details to find where you can improve.
