As far as 'play' is considered, the Quest is equipped with a stopwatch that has an interval timer and tracks laps. The real time heart rate tracks your performance alert you when you go above or fall below targeted heart rate zones. With the use of an optional Suunto Foot POD (sold separately), the Quest can also catalog real time speed, distance and cadence. Based on your customized program, the Quest offers guidance on training intensity and speed.
