New 10 persons Villa located on the hills of Javea, with beautiful panoramic views to the sea to the Cabo San Antonio and Playa del Arenal.

The area is nice and quiet, with pine trees. The house has been renovated in July 2008.

The Villa is divided in 2 floors that communicating from outside.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (one doublel and one with 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and one living-dining room, with a cover terrace and panoramic sea views.to Javea.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 1 American kitchen and a dining room, that goes straight to the private pool,

2 Bathrooms are in suite.

There is a private garage, and sunbeds for the pool. Built in BBQ. At the 2nd floor there is a solarium.

Directions
The Meeting Point where the customers will collect the keys will be in Benissa, Exit 63 of the freeway AP7 (E15). Call before to advise the time of your arrival.

The villa San Antonio is in Javea, El Tosalet, Calle Salvia. At the meeting point the customer will receive a map to arrive there.
