Camp Municipal, Creches Sur Saone

I stayed here for 1 night on 12 June on my 2007 cycle camping tour. A large site with mainly well defined pictches but tents were tended to be sited in a large expanse of field with no shade. In high season this would not be very nice -- it was also then a long hike to the sanitaire which was clean and tidy. The rubbish bins were, like many camp sites, outside the main entrance which is a good idea. A good municipal site but might be a bit hot for tenters. A light railway seems to run around the town with a station just outside the camp gates. Didn't find the big supermarché ( but there is one) but good boucherie and boulangerie in the town
