Camp Municipal Le Maury, Liginiac

Lovely little site. Small childrens play area. Tennis court and table tennis, boules area too. Camping pitches with electric hook ups and water nearby. Freezer in launderette area to keep stuff chilled. Phone via phone card only. Wooden cabins and some very small bungalows. Quiet site - ideal for watersports. People take their own power boats and water ski on the lake. You can swim in the lake and there is a cordoned off area for small children to enjoy the water too. Lifeguard on duty when it's busy. Sand around the lake so just like the beach really. Lovely restaurant - gets really busy though with locals dining so book if you want to ensure a space. Directly opposite the beach area is the Hotel Du Lac (if it rains too much - just book in, reasonable priced 2 star hotel) and near that is a lovely pizza place, delicious pizza, would recommend the whole site if you are looking for a relatively quiet holiday without children to keep entertained.
