I stayed here on 16 June 2005 on my return trip coming back up the Danube. The site is mainly for caravans and campervans but has a large field for tents on a long slope and very remote from facilities. It has probably been a good site in the past but was definitely down at the heel with many facilities in poor state of care. The on site shop was hugely expensive. It was the most expensive site of my whole trip and I do not recommend it for cyclists or back packers. There is a very nice small site in Passau itself which is much better. Management didn't care and it was the worst site of my whole tour.
