Mounewetter, Witmarsum

This is a fairly large site, mainly consisting of static caravans, with some touring caravan plots and a very small tent field for 5-6 tents.

There is a large field for playing sports, a table tennis table, and free use of the swimming pool next door. But be aware that it is an outdoor pool and can be very cold. It's quite big and has several slides to keep the kids happy.

There is also a tennis club next door and you can hire a court, but it's quite expensive as it's charged per person.

A canal runs alongside the site which is ideal if you have kayaks or other small watercraft to launch.

The facilities are kept very clean and there's morning and evening entertainment for the kids.
