From the east, take A7 to Longtown
On main road through Longtown turn at the Spar / Bush Hotel and take road to Netherby /Penton for 3 miles.
Moat Vale is third house on left after a big dip in the road at Carwinley High Bridge. We are, immediately after the 30mph sign coming into Kirkandrews Moat Village.
