Just returned from this site, and a new review is well in order. New toilet block is finished with 3 toilets, 3 sinks and 2 βdrenchingβ showers in each and both with modern hygienic dispencers , hand/hair driers etc.
Ideal site for visiting Sherwood Forest/Pines, Go-Ape, City of Lincoln, Sundown Adventureland, Robin Hood Atttactions etc. Information pack provided is the best we have seen and very informative and better that some hotels we have stayed in!
Big Pitches, quiet and peaceful location and a well policed site without being stuffy. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nature conscious indeed, A 9/10 rating for this site.
Good value for money, and the local pub is a 5 minute walk away, who needs more. We will defo be returning.
