Lochranza Golf Caravan & Camping Site
The site is about 14 miles from the ferry port at Brodick. It has a putting green and golf course - which never seemed to be busy.
The people who run it are very laid back and there is no set time to be off site on your day of leaving.
There is no mobile phone signal and very poor radio signals as the site has hills on three sides.
Eagles nest on one of the hills and can often be seen soaring above - so take your binoculars.
The toilets and showers were good,the hot water is very hot so be careful when you go to wash the dishes.
The Lochranza distillery is only 2 minutes walk from the campsite and is open to visitors.
An all round good relaxing site with lots of good walks around.
