Blackland Lakes Caravan & Camping Site, Calne

Blackland is a well situated site within easy cycling distance of Silbury hill, Avebury and the Kennett barrow. Look out for the White horse on the way up All in vain hill (yes, it really is called that) on the way to these ancient sites.
The campsite itself consists of small parcels of hedged off fields around a lake, facilities are good, with clean showers and toilets, their is also a well stocked shop and laundry facilities on site. Food can be bought locally in town from supermarkets etc. Their are plenty of takeaways in Calne and the nearby Pizza house will deliver to the campsite. To avoid midges pitch away from the lakes.
