Campagnolo Zonda C17 Clincher Wheelset  The Campagnolo Zonda has become somewhat of a staple in the Campagnolo wheelset range. While it won't be seen under the bikes that will roll down the streets of Paris on the last stage of the Tour, it has become a victorious wheelset in other ways. The completely redesigned rim for the Zonda takes its design inspiration from the growing trend that sees the use of increasingly wider tyres, with 25mm clinchers becoming the standard if not the new minimum sizing for road riding and racing. With this increased popularity of both 25mm and 28mm tyres, the wheel needs to be designed in a way to optimize the tyre/wheel interface. The new, wider C17 rim has been structurally optimized and ensures a surefooted grip on clincher tyres, as well as an even better braking, feel when compared with previous versions. This version features a Campagnolo 9/10/11-Speed compatible freehub, MoMag technology and aerodynamic aluminium spokes.  GP4000S Tyres The Grand Prix 4000S was the reference tyre in the road market but now gets a facelift. 4000S II gets a Vectran breaker for unsurpassed puncture protection and Continentals advanced BlackChili compound for lower rolling resistance and increased grip. The discreet coloured bead strip allows you to colour coordinate the tyre to match your bike perfectly without losing the BlackChili tread performance.
