Terms & Conditions
All product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Our suppliers may change the specifications and colours without notifying us, for which we cannot be held responsible.
All prices are in GBP sterling and exclusive of delivery charges. VAT is included in all prices. You may pay by most major credit/debit cards. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. You will be informed of any changes.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Payments can be made by cheque but all cheque payments will be subject to a five day clearing period. We aim to deliver all items in stock to UK mainland addresses, normally within three working days. If an item is not in stock please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
If payment is made by credit card, your card will be charged immediately even if items are out of stock. This is because we do not store your credit card details for security reasons.
You can cancel your order at any time before despatch and within 7 days of receipt of goods provided that your goods are returned in the same condition in which they were sent. If an order is cancelled before the estimated delivery time a service charge may be incurred to cover our credit card processing costs.
Damaged or Faulty Goods. Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made within 3 days of receipt by emailing interhike@interhike.com with a full explanation of the problem. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear. Upon inspection we will replace the item or refund your card. Return postage costs will be reimbursed.
Returning Goods. You must notify us by email if you wish to return goods to us. Please email interhike@interhike.com within 7 days of receipt with a complete explanation of why you wish to return the item(s). We will exchange the item or refund your card (we are unable to refund carriage). Your return may be rejected if the condition of the returned goods is not to our satisfaction and in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to exchange goods or give refunds after 7 days of receipt.
Whilst Interhike provides a safe online ordering system using SSL encryption, credit card orders placed through the web site are done so entirely at your own risk. We do not store your card details and all information supplied to us is used solely by Interhike to process your order. We never pass your details on to third parties. Any credit card irregularities should be taken up with our credit card processing agent, WorldPay.
Interhike accepts no responsibility for accidents brought about through use or misuse of products purchased from Interhike. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of all the items sold via Interhike, we cannot be held responsible for the effects of faulty or damaged items.
Sales on this site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. By submitting an order you are indicating unequivocal acceptance of these terms and conditions.
