After crossing the border near Mezimesti turn right at the junction and follow Teplice - Broumov. After Heytmankovice turn left at T-junction towards the center of Broumov. Before the center, turn right in the direction of Janovicky. Follow the road - along Hotel Veba - until the T-junction where you turn right towards Božanov.
In Božanov turn right again over the bridge and follow the (white) sign "Camping Božanov. After about 800 meters you will see on your left after bus stop, a sign on the right "Camping and Huize Bozanov".
