Les 4 Plages, Conchil Le Temple

If this was the first camp-site we hade ever been to in Frnace , we would never have gone again. This is the worst site we have been on. The pitch was nice enough but the sanitary facilities were dire. Four toilet cubicles for 150 pitches, two of which were leaking, two of which had no lighting. No running hot water for washing or doing dishes, no private cubicles for washing. You had to buy a token for a hot shower at E1.50 each and this was the only hot water on the site.
There was maximum electricity supply of 3 amps so you couldn't even use your electric hook-up to boil a kettle. The water supply to the pitches was by means of a hose on the ground which was obviously waiting to be buried and then used at a mobile home pitch.
The whole area was very busy (August) and I reckon this was the only reason this campsite was busy too. I definitely would not recommend it.

Not a good site - only hot water available is shower with token. Toilets leaking and poorly lit. Have been going to France for 8 years and this is worst site we have been on. Visisted August 2003
