We visited this site with friends of ours last weekend(easter 2003). we had a great time and the kids loved it. The site and toilets/showers were spotless. The chipper is'nt great and quite expensive for what it is. The gala shop across the road sells everything and the lady that owns it is very friendly and helpfull.

Reasonably easy to find, off Redcross village. Clean site. Good playground for older kids, younger kids can play in fenced off area with outdoor toys eg trikes. Pets corner is very small and you can't touch them. Bathrooms modern & very clean. Showers 30p tokens (2001). Freezer packs available. Lots to see in Wicklow, recommend going in summer, lovely weather! Some problems with people staying awake late. 2 shops which sell nearly everything, takeaway outside gates, and pubs nearby. Good time had by all, and our friends liked it too.
