This is quite a straightforward camping site with straightforward facilities, a bar/restaurant, launderette, children's playgrounds, plenty of space, etc. A proper camping site, not a holiday park.

However, a special mention must be made for the private bathrooms for the camping places. We haven't seen anything like this anywhere else, and it makes it much more homely and much more private. For people who are put off from camping because of communal facilities, this is a game-changer. They are modern, well-maintained and clean.

In fact, if I have to pick a negative for the site, the only thing that I can think of is that the floor in the private bathrooms is textured, so the sponge mop struggles to remove all of the muddy water in a single swipe. Not a big deal.
