Nant Mill Farm, Prestatyn

I have just spent a week on this site with my partner and 2 children, I would have moved on after the 1st night if I hadn't paid for the week. The owners were far from friendly, and everything had an hidden charge. I paid £14.00 a night for my tent, it was 40p for every shower (which were clean), if anyu one came to see you it was 50p a person and £1.00 per car and they had to be gone by 10pm. Whilst I was drying washing in the laundry the owner came and turned off the light leaving me in a dinghy room because it was pouring down and there was no natural light. We were shown where to pitch the tent which was right against the main road with traffic passing practicaaly 24/7. Definately not a relaxing holiday

This is a well kept site with clean nicely maintained facilities. Although it is portrayed as a family site, I found their attitude towards children less than friendly if not down right aggressive on occassions. The site is situated on a busy major road, which although convenient, meant that at times noise levels where uncomfortable especially at night. All in all an ideal site for people passing through and in need of a one night stay but I would not recommend this site to anybody wishing to have pleasant relaxing holiday.
