Excellent site. Good size pitch for the tent, with water and toilet facilities very near.
Good shop which was well stocked and well priced.
Only complaint would be another shower wouldn't go amiss in the extremelly clean toilet block. 4 would have been better than 2.

Wild Rose Park
This is a nice sight , close to appleby-in-westmorland .It has a good shop and take-away / restaurant , TV room , etc .The kind loved the play area and outdoor pool , only problem is the British weather .
You share the site with statics and tourers .You can get a pitch with electric but have to carry water . Toilets and showers are clean and tidy .
Good base for north lakes ,hadrians wall etc .
Well worth a visit.
