Cliffe Camping and Caravan Estate, Windermere

This is a lovely campsite. We were on the small camping field which was nice and secluded, There is electric hook ups in this field for tents but none on the main field. I thought the main field was rather stoney. A very nice but rather small bar. Not much to do in the evening if you don't want to sit in the bar. We couldn't get a signal on our t.v. radio or phone and the site was a long way from anywhere. Not a place to go to if you don't have a car as the buses are few and far between. A taxi from Windermere was £12. Saying all this though I would definatly go here again.
