Little Cotton Caravan Park is located at the top of town on the A3122 towards Totnes. The nearest train station is Totnes, there regular buses to Dartmouth. Paignton train station is across the River Dart, regular buses will take you Kingswear where you get the ferry to Dartmouth.

Little Cotton Caravan Park 
Little Cotton is an exceptionally clean and tidy camping site in a great location. When we were there, the grass had clearly been recently mowed and all the grass had been collected to prevent it getting everywhere. The toilet block is huge and immaculate. It is so big, in fact, that there were signs up asking parents not to allow their children to play ball games or ride their bikes inside.
The on site shop is well stocked and the staff are incredibly friendly too.

Little Cotton Caravan Park
This must be the best site that we have stayed on. The shower and toilet block were pristine , the site tidy, grass kept cut constantly, the owners very friendly. Also the park is situated next to the park and ride so you are able to buy a ticket and have unlimited travel into and out of dartmouth.
