We are situated almost halfway between Tiverton and South Molton on the B3137 in mid Devon. The farm is half a mile west of the small village of Nomansland and a mile to the east of Witheridge.
From the M5.
Leave the M5 at junction 27, follow the A361 towards Tiverton. Stay on the A361 for about 5 miles until the roundabout and follow the signs for the B3137 towards Witheridge. Go straight over the next roundabout and then at the Exe Valley Leisure Centre turn right at the roundabout. Continue past the supermarket and the hospital. Immediately after crossing the river, turn right at the oundabout. Take the second road on the left hand side, a long climb uphill, accurately called Long Drag. Stay on this road (B3137) for about 9 miles. We are on the right hand side half a mile after you leave the village of Nomansland.
For cyclists, First Great Western and Virgin Cross Country services stop at Tiverton Parkway Railway station and regular coaches stop at Tiverton bus station.
