Howgill Lodge
Howgill lodge is a 5 star site, and thats not just the guide books rating! Its spotlees, wellkept, family friendly and all with gorgeous views. The pithches, or terracing, or well maintained and offers a nice quiet bit at the bottom of the site. Picnic tables are plenty, usually at every pitch/terrace and there is a relaxed atmosphere typcal of a smaller site. Thoroughly recommendable. its not the cheapest site but hey, there is a sink just for salad preperation!
