Clyde Valley Caravan Park, Lanark

lovely quiet campsite with a lovely restraunt 'lovejoys' and a genral shop, country tavern as well as a post office all within a 2 minute walk ideal for fishers as it backs onto the river clyde. Lots of wooded walks, riverside viewpoints ideal for a painting hoiliday. A 15 miunute walk from Lanark with 24 hour supermarkets, pubs, shops, eatieries, parks,bus and train interchange as well as magical views and senary. Very clean and well kept,showers, toilets and washing machines. (note showers 20p) Bus also gose to lanark and Hamilton via country roads with stops at many garden centres and big village Larkhall. Ideal for all hoilday makers, this campsite welcomes cyclists.

A nice quiet campsite on the outskirts of Lanark. Well maintained although there area few creepy crawlies in the shower/toilet block. Lovely setting by the river. Very peaceful.
