We visited this site and from the moment we arrived we felt we were in a prison camp. My father was staying with relatives but as soon as he came to visit the timer was on - "yo can have half an hour and then you either pay Β£2.00 or leave". My little girl was told off for riding her bicycle on the road part (she's 4) and we felt we were constantly being watched. We are a professional family with a respectable new tourer and car but we renamed the site Stalag Buckle and can certainly sympathise with "not a happy chappie"

Buckle Caravan & Camping Park
We regularly visit this beautiful quiet site. It is well maintained by a friendly family who make it feel welcoming and secure. It is very well appointed - right on the beach - and has good shops nearby and wonderful beach walks in both directions. Lots of wildlife and well worth a visit!
